– Guests may not leave the bus during the tour, and there are no restroom facilities available onboard.
– Large luggage, wheelchairs, strollers, and pets are not permitted. As all guests will be seated on the upper deck of the double-decker bus, boarding requires the use of stairs.
– Guests must be able to board and disembark independently.
– Food and beverages are not permitted onboard. -
– The XR experience is designed for guests ages 7 and older. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or another adult aged 18 or older.
– Children ages 4–6 may ride free of charge and will be provided with a seat; however, XR headsets will not be provided.
– Children ages 0–3 may participate as infants but will not be provided with a seat or XR headset. -
– This is not a traditional guided sightseeing tour. Instead, it is an immersive sightseeing experience powered by XR technology.
– Onboard staff will be available to assist guests and help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
– Guests with a history of photosensitive seizures, serious medical conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to participate.
– If you are pregnant, elderly, have binocular vision abnormalities, mental health conditions, heart conditions, or any other health concerns, we recommend consulting with your physician before participating. -

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure will receive a full refund.
