Through her enchanting narration, guests are transformed from ordinary tourists into witnesses to the city’s most extraordinary stories.

As the bus travels through New York’s most iconic locations—including the dazzling lights of Times Square, the historic grandeur of the New York Public Library on 42nd Street, the majestic architecture of Grand Central Terminal, and the towering skyscrapers of Manhattan—the city itself becomes the stage.

Through the windows, the real world merges with breathtaking virtual scenes, bringing to life pivotal moments from New York’s history and its enduring pursuit of liberty. – Please complete check-in at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
– Guests may not leave the bus during the tour, and there are no restroom facilities available onboard.
– Large luggage, wheelchairs, strollers, and pets are not permitted. As all guests will be seated on the upper deck of the double-decker bus, boarding requires the use of stairs.
– Guests must be able to board and disembark independently.
– Food and beverages are not permitted onboard.

– The XR experience is designed for guests ages 7 and older. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or another adult aged 18 or older.
– Children ages 4–6 may ride free of charge and will be provided with a seat; however, XR headsets will not be provided.
– Children ages 0–3 may participate as infants but will not be provided with a seat or XR headset.

– This is not a traditional guided sightseeing tour. Instead, it is an immersive sightseeing experience powered by XR technology.
– Onboard staff will be available to assist guests and help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
– Guests with a history of photosensitive seizures, serious medical conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to participate.
– If you are pregnant, elderly, have binocular vision abnormalities, mental health conditions, heart conditions, or any other health concerns, we recommend consulting with your physician before participating.

Q: Are there any age restrictions?
A: Yes. For safety reasons, children under 7 years old are not permitted. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).

Q: Can I bring food or drinks onto the bus?
A: No. Food and drinks are not allowed on the bus.

Q: Can I bring large luggage onto the bus?
A: No. The bus does not have storage space for large luggage. Only personal belongings are permitted.

Q: Is there a restroom on the bus?
A: No. There are no restrooms available on the bus.

Q: Can I bring a wheelchair or stroller onto the bus?
A: Unfortunately, wheelchairs and strollers cannot be accommodated. Guests must use stairs to board the bus and access seating.

Q: Can I bring my pet onto the bus?
A: No. Pets are not allowed.

Q: Is there a guide on the bus?
A: This is not a traditional guided sightseeing tour. However, onboard staff will be available to assist guests and help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Q: Can I get off the bus during the tour?
A: No. Guests may not leave the bus until the tour has concluded.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure will receive a full refund.
